To finalize the booking process, I must share some house rules and procedures to ensure an enjoyable stay. Please read all the following and complete the information below to indicate your reading and understanding.
Reservations
Reservations may be made via phone, text, email, website, or VRBO & affiliates.
Website reservations at navarreislandretreat.com will be offered at the lowest rate.
Please contact the owner via phone or text if you need further assistance with booking or do not see your requested week available. There are frequent changes in reservations, and there is a chance your week can be accommodated.

Items Provided
Bed Linen
Bath Towels, Hand Towels, & wash clothes
Kitchen Items including dishes, glass ware, bake ware, electric range, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot and pod, blender, hand mixer, kitchen towels, dish cloths
spices, flour, sugar, & pantry items
starter supply of paper towels, napkin, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo & conditioner
Central AC / Heating, ceiling fans
washer / dryer, iron, steamer, and ironing board
Hair dryer & curling irons
10 beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers
4 kayaks with paddles and life jackets in various sizes
Locked Owner's and Cleaning Closet
Locked closets are to remain locked and not to be accessed. Any doors found to be tampered with or opened may result in loss of deposit.
Cleaning
Renter is responsible for all cleaning during stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a daily basis. Cleaning supplies can be found in laundry area as well as a broom. Please wash off all sand on feet and body prior to entering house to keep sand tracking at a minimum.
Garbage
2 large containers are provided by garage doors for disposal of trash. please place all trash in the containers and take containers to curb on Friday Evening for Saturday pick up.
Check out Procedures
All trash taken out and trash receptacles taken to curb on Friday night
Wash all dirty dishes
Place all soiled linen including bed sheets on floor in main floor bathroom
Ensure all debris and trash is removed
Ensure all windows and doors are shut and locked
place key back in lock box
Deposit
Any missing items will be replaced at current market value and value will be deducted from deposit
Any excessive cleaning, damages, loss are subject to loss of partial or full deposit amount
Any smoking in home will result in loss of deposit
Any owed deposit will be returned to renter within 14 days after checking out
House Rules
This rental is intended for families to enjoy. We do not offer this rental to partying groups.
Campers and Motor homes are prohibited from connecting to property utilities.
Only 4 vehicles allowed to be parked at property
Maximum occupancy is 14 individuals. This is ideally 8 adults and 6 children.
No smoking or vaping within the home.
All windows are to remain shut at all times to prevent excess moisture in home.
Exterior doors should NOT be left open to avoid excess moisture in home.
Breezes are strong and can result in doors opening or shutting forcefully. Please be cautious of this to prevent any injuries self or damage.
Please to courteous to all wildlife. No wildlife may be brought into home. This includes live star fish, sand dollars, sea urchins etc. Please do not disturb turtle nests or use bright lights on the beach to prevent disruption of sea turtles.

No glass allowed on beach
No refunds will be issued for equipment failure. Please report any failures to owner immediately.
Evictions may result in any unlawful activity, excessive noise complaints, any offensive behavior, breach in any rule outlined in this contract. All surrounding properties are privately owned. Trespassing on private property may result in eviction
Beach access may be gained only at designated public beach access sited along Gulf Blvd.

Check in is at 4pm on day of check in. Owner will text property address and entry code 2 days prior to check in.
